Brand new computer build clean install of windows and the software won’t recognize my gskill royal ram. Tried everything in the sticky thread no luck. Timings are dead on to profile just get the stock rainbow effect no matter what I try.

Lighting Control not detecting RAM stuck in DRAM with rainbow cycle

Just wanted to say thank you for putting up with my stupidity. I totally forgot that i had mystic light still installed. It tried to constantly change the lighting to a rainbow.

This is not an issue but rather a feature request. Could Rainbow (and others) allow you pick the colours to be used like how currently static profile allows you too.

So if the memory modules are changing into another lighting effect or to other colors, it's likely that you have another RGB software, such as ASUS Aura, MSI Mystic Light, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, or ASRock PolyChrome, that's running in the background and is controlling the memory module lighting.

NEW information to further diagnose and replicate the issue:
- with nothing connected to any audio output the issue does not appear.
- with headphones/speakers plugged into the main audio output port (Front Channel) on the rear I/O panel of the motherboard OR plugged into the secondary output port (Headphones) on the front I/O panel of the case, a reboot/restart will raise the issue.
- with headphones/speakers plugged into the REAR I/O panel, closing TZLC (right-click TZLC tray icon and Exit) and then performing a reboot/restart (TZLC still starting with windows), causes the issue to NOT appear. Subsequent reboots/restarts WITHOUT closing TZLC cause the issue to appear.
- with headphones/speakers plugged into the FRONT I/O panel of the case, closing TZLC and then performing a reboot/restart (TZLC still starting with windows), the issue still appears.
Unplugging headphones/speakers from the main audio output port on the REAR I/O panel causes the issue to appear.
Connecting headphones/speakers to an alternate source output (discrete sound card in this case) causes the issue to appear.
Connecting headphones/speakers to the headphone port of the display (NVidia HD Audio) does NOT cause the issue to appear.

It seems like the Auto-Detect Audio Output (port detection?) may be a factor somehow.

[EDIT to add more information]
To provide the above information, I re-enabled and reinstalled Realtek onboard sound and Nahimic drivers.
Now, even after removing Realtek and Nahimic completely with DDU and disabling the onboard audio device, unplugging headphones/speakers from discrete sound card causes the issue to appear.
I hadn't noticed this happen last time, because I didn't have TZLC installed when I switched from onboard to discrete.
If I don't unplug headphones/speakers from discrete card the issue does not appear.
So, it might not be Realtek & Nahimic at the root. (still glad to be rid of them, though )
Does this add to the port auto-detection hypothesis?
I guess my next step is a clean format reinstall of Windows without any traces of Realtek/Nahimic... maybe over the weekend

I'm having the "high CPU usage" issue with TridentZ Lighting Control - it forces max turbo clocks (see image) and stays there until I close TZLC.
