Make sure when you email the RMA dept., let them know you want to exchange for the red kit.

Also, I recommend you send both kits, that way we can send you two new red kits. You may have an older batch, so it is possible they do not work properly together in the same computer.

I can not send both, need the pc for work, i`ll send the blue ones, the red ones i ordered 1 month ago so i dont think its an old batch, from memoryc.com btw.

I live in europe where is the nearest gskill rma dont have to send to asia.
And what i need to write down for the department in the Reason for RMA:.

Also forgot to add i dont have an inovice for my blue ram, will that be a problem.I have the original packaging.
Address for taiwan i dont see it, there are two rma docs for usa and general which should i chose , and which is the taiwan address, its not listed in both docs.
