Which firmware version are you using? If problem persists, try a reset to see if it that can solve the issue.

Reset random created macros has been fixed, but the N-key option is still greyed out. Any suggestions?

My N-Key option won't allow me to select it. I click on it and nothing happens. Firmware 77. Software 2.04.

Hi,

I had the KM780MX for a whilel. Few months ago the option to set up N-Key started showing as greyed out. Also for some reason I checked the other day and I had nearly 300 macros that I didn't create, that looks like contains impossible macros that can't be created by a human. Also there are some keys that get assigned to macros randomly without me doing it.

Am I the only one having this problems?

Sorry if it is a repeated post but I search for this simptoms and I couldn't find anyone with them.
