Asus p8z77 and ram incompatibility ?

It is still doing the same thing...regardless how much voltage or multiplier I put it....
Managed to have 4 hours memory test on Aida then it restart again.

Should I get a new pair of memory? Could it be the Ram defect?

Sort of sounds like it needs to be balanced out on the voltage to the CPU and what OC you're going to run

Try 1.550V or 11-10-10-30 or 11-11-11-30 to see if it can be more stable. Sounds like a slight problem with two modules from different packaging.
