Would you be so kind as to provide me with the baseline primary and secondary timings for my new 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 Ripjaws memory module set? I have the set installed in the black DIMM slots in the mobo.

I already have the 7-7-7-21 and 1.5 DRAM voltage settings from the sticker on the modules.

MemOK! said success! in a BIOS message but I haven't gotten more than 15 minutes without a crash so far. This is interesting since I saw this set as a memory module set certified by ASUS in the downloadable list.

I am currently not running the system overclocked. The CPU is at its base 3.2 GHz speed.

Edit: I updated the BIOS to v. 3027 about twenty minutes ago and it seems pretty stable. I might just run Borderlands/Crysis2 to see how it goes.

    update: Played Borderlands for 30 minutes w/o any crashes @1600 x 900

Let us know how it goes, the timings are tight because this is considered High performance for 1333, and AMD isn't generally happy with tight timings, may want to add a little extra to the voltage on the DRAM and/or the CPU/NB maybe + .03 to each

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

So everything is good now with the latest BIOS? If the modules are installed in the same color slots furthest away from the CPU, they should have absolutely no issues.

      Thank you

        Latest BIOS

It appears that my updating the BIOS to version 3207 took care of the issues. All is well.
