Here are my components and BIOS settings for my HTPC (which I love):
The system ran fine for a year with the settings above.
Tonight I added 2 more of the same memory for a total of 8GB.
When voltage was at default (1.600V) I got a BSOD within minutes.
I added +0.100 to the DDR3 memory voltage for 1.700V and all seems fine.
Questions:
1) Am I frying my memory?
2) Should I up the voltage on something else instead?
3) Would you suggest other settings?

- MoBo=GIGABYTE GA-MA785GMT-UD2H
- Memory=F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL (2 of them for 4GB)
- AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 3.0 GHz 2x1 MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W
- Not overclocked running at 3.0Ghz
- Memory settings = 9, 9, 9, 24, 2T, 1600
- DDR3 Voltage = DEFAULT which is 1.600V
- Everything else is default or auto
