AMD CPU + G.Skill DDR3-1600

Can someone explain how to configure AMD Cpu/Motherboard combo + DDR3-1866 in system BIOS. Please give details.

If trying to OC 1600 DRAM to 1866 will have to adjust freq upwards and prob loosen timings, what set of sticks, mobo and CPU are you running?
