Should be no problem as long as your CPU will carry them at 1600 - could take a look at the sticky on setting up 1600 sticks, here:

Depends which CPU you have, if it's a C2 Denab, then you may have difficulties.
The Thuban X6 and C3 Denab CPU's should run 16GB of 1600 memory fine.AMD Phenom II X6 1090T@ 4.2GHz
