I run my NB voltage at 1.38750v on a 24/7 basis.
My CPU/NB voltage is set at 1.2750v, also 24/7.
The NB temp never exceeds 49c under heavy stress testing.

Same here, I've been slowly upgrading components for BF3...let the battles begin!

Great info thanks all. Im wondering if there are any other voltages i should change due to the fact that i have 8gb ram now and 2 hd6870's crossfire. Im not having any probs that i know of but just want to make sure im doing this right. Didnt know there was a NB and CPU NB voltage. Going to have to check again to make sure i adjusted the right one.

As long as it's good, wouldn't play with it, if you do encounter problems prob look to raise DRAM a hair say .01, next to look at would be same with CPU/NB

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

not sure if this is anything to worry about. When i use cpu-z i get different reading in slots 3 and 4 than i do in slots 1 and 2. I have no idea what SPD Ext either. Can someone tell if there is something wrong? Also not sure why cpu-z calls this 2GBNQ when it is 4GBNQ

Looks like Slot #1 module did not get programmed with XMP. This is OK, it just means you need to use manual settings, which you had to anyway for DDR3-1600.

The model number is correct. It displays the model for each module, not the kit.

F3-12800CL9-2GBNQ is one module, F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ is the entire kit.

            Thank you

For starters, update to the latest version of CPU-Z (version 1.57).
It should contain updated memory codes when identifying installed modules.
if it still reports false info, don't worry about it, this is a common flaw with the SPD info.

Had no probs for a while then started getting ramdom bsod's. The only change ive made since my last post was updating to the 11.6 catalysts. Not sure whats causing them. I had it happen while playing Crysis, but it also happed while playing Counterstrike source. I have reverted back to 11.5's. I also came across this info. Not sure if it applies to my set up. http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.p...ic,2515.0.html

hoping this is my last post for a while. I have been having random BSOD lately. I can run the Unigine benchmark like 3 times in a row with no probs or play Crysis 2 (with dx11 and high texture pack) for 2 hours straight with no probs, but then i could be watching a youtube vid and it would either freeze, reboot or BSOD. I feel stupid because im still confused what to adjust in my bios so i added these pics hoping it would help. Some say increase dram or northbridge or cpu/nb im not sure which is which. (sorry for asking so many questions too)

Make sure NB Frequency is 2400MHz. If slightly unstable, raise CPU NB VID Control +0.05 to +0.1V and it should stabilize the system.

CPU NB Freq is set to auto, then to the side of it it says in light blue 2000Mhz. when i select it I dont see where to enter in 2400. I only see x5,x6,x7,x8 etc...for increments (unless im looking in the wrong spot)

Ok. I made the changes. Just went up +0.05 to start. I played Crysis 2 for about a half hour or so. All seems stable. I really appreciate the help you are giving me. Best Tech support ever!! Do you think it would hurt/help to up the voltage a tad more?

Raisng voltage is only necessary if unstable. You can download a stress test to see if it is stable under 100% load. If it passes, it is perfectly fine.
