So some further news:

tested the rams on different DIMMs with the same freezes. I also screwed up the VCCSA to 1.210V and got the same freezes.

Then i replaced the F3-12800CL1ßQ2-64GBZL with my older (and smaller) ram kit F3-10666CL9Q-16GBRL and with this kit the system runs stable.

So maybe i really should send the 64GB kit to rma?

Yesterday i also got a freeze with the 16GB kit from gskill. So i dont think its the ram in general? Or maybe the mobo doesnt work that nice with gskill?

Today ill check the system with a minimum of hardware installed as i have connected there a lot of stuff like firewire, 4 hdd's, usb3.0, usb2.0 two soundcards via pcie.

Maybe there's one of the other hardware components that force that freezes?

Could it also be the psu? Its brandnew, from be quiet and one of the highend products (dark power pro 1200W 80%+).

Well im back, a littole bit late but with some good news :-)

On Monday i go crazy and ordered complete new parts like RAM, GPU, PSU and MoBo.
Since yesterday as the parts were delivered i checked my old system in a very low profile (only installed CPU 4GB of RAM and my HDD) but everytime with one of the new ordered components installed.

I first checked the RAM which brings me also into freezes
Next step was the PSU, but here also the freezes come up again
But as i replaced my GPU with the new one there are no more freezes since yesterday.

So i slowly build in every hardware i use normally and at this moment im writing you after a rewake from a standby without a freeze with 64GB G.SKILL ram installed all HDD's and optical drives installed, all my PCIe cards installed and all the USB ports.

Runs extreme fast and fine
