I hope someone can help, as I am a person who doesn't overclock. I was looking at CPU-Z and am confused at I what I see. I have the G.Skill F3-17600 but the Max. Bandwidth shows PC3-10700H (667 Mhz). I have attached a couple of screenshots to show.

These are 'out of the box' default settings. Do I have to bump up the memory settings to the 2200Mhz setting that the memory is rated. I have the Gigabyte EasyTune program to make the adjustments. Thank you!

No looks like everything is fine, currently you are running at 2132 (In the Extune it shows 1066 and this is DDR (DOUBLE Data Rate) so it/s 1066 x 2 to see effective freq, you should see the same rhing in CPU-Z under the memory tab. What you see in max-bandwidth is very deceptively labeled - actually it's the the default boot speed of the DRAM from the SPD to match up with mobo defaults. Basically all mobos detect new DRAM and look at the SPD for base settings, and mobos default to 1333 or 1600, this is a major gripe of mine (along with QVLs and mobo makers 'testing' DRAM. Here's a link to an info thread of mine on CPU-Z that might explain more fully.

there's a few other info threads in the same vicinity of General Discussions you might find helpful.....
