Depends on what you do - big diff between the the 3770K and the 3570K is the the 3770K has hyerthreading enabled and runs a hair faster - if no need for hyper threading I'd go with the 3570K at about $100 less - that's what I went with for my own needs (I have a 3770K available when I need one, which is basically never, if for testing something I'll run it on my 3570K and then have my friend run it on their 3930K
