Intel Core i7-3770K.
G.Skill RipjawsX <f3-17000cl9q-16gbxm> DDR-III DIMM 16Gb KIT 4*4Gb <pc3-17000> CL9.
As a result the computer normally starts only on frequency of memory to 2000. Frequency of the processor didn't increase.
The XMP profile was loaded.

1. Bios on the motherboard ? 1504 is updated
2. Tension of DRAM = 1.75 (what here the maximum side-altar increased?)
3. Increased tension of VССIO =1.15
4. Tension of VCCSA =1.1 increased
5. Memory delays increased.
As a result the computer joins, the light-emitting diode of memory and a computer burns is switched off. And so around.

But it is necessary to remove 2 pieces of memory, the computer turns on normally on frequency of memory to 2400 without a raising of any above the described tension.
With 4 pieces of memory the computer doesn't pass inclusion.

You mention having these at 2400, yet they are 2133 sticks, what do they do with XMP enabled and profile 1 selected, need to get a stable run at 2133 and can then OC

I loaded the xmp profile 1 or 2. The computer doesn't work. Works only at frequency 2000. But windows 7 isn't loaded correctly. I bought this memory, hoping for quality and check from the producer, and received problems. Changed already what there is tension and memory delays. At the 2133rd start of the computer it is not possible. Only if it is established 2 of 4 memory pieces. But bought as a whale.

Have you checked w/ Asus to see if a new BIOS is in the works?
