Help to config G.Skill. PI series 8GB (F2-8800CL5-2GBPI) with ASUS P5Q-E

My CPU is an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650.

I had no problems if I leave it by default at 800 (which is what the bios detects).
I'm currently using the settings below 1066, but I don't know if it's the right one. I would like to put it at 1100 if possible.

What settings are you using? Can you post pictures of BIOS, mainly CPU and memory settings?

What CPU do you have? Does each kit run fine at DDR2-1066?

I tried with 1100 and 1066 and i have randoms blue windows errors.
If is possible I'm looking stability at 1100.
