  • Help with 4 stick memory F4-3000C16D-16GISB on Ryzen 7 1700 with ASRock AB350M Pro4

    I have a Ryzen 7 1700 combo with 4 sticks of G.Skill model Model F4-3000C16D-16GISB. I bought 4 sticks (8GB) for a total of 32gb.

Maximum speed I can get is 2666mhz using the 4 sticks, 2 sticks get me to 3000mhz.

The memory is rated 3000mhz 16-18-18-38,
    • DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000)
    • Timing 16-18-18-38
    • CAS Latency 16
    • Voltage 1.35V

But I can´t reach that speed, I read that is not possible to reach it on a 4 stick config, whats the next best reachable speed? Care to share you´re configs and maybe OC settings?

    Thank you.

Do you have the latest BIOS?

Sounds like DDR4-2666 may be best for 32GB. You can lower timings to enhance performance, or try increasing DRAM Voltage and/or SoC Voltage to see if you can force stability at a higher frequency such as 2800/2933
