Do you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard? Test each module with XMP or manual settings to see if each can work on its own. For manual settings, simply input DRAM Frequency DDR3-1866, DRAM Timings tCL 9 - tRCD 11 - tRP 10 - tRAS 28, DRAM Voltage 1.65V.
I've spent the weekend at these settings, including a 3 hour run of Prime95 and have not had any episodes of BSOD. Thanks for the help. Is there any way to continue tweaking to have the memory stable at the PC-2133 settings specified by the XMP profile?
Check to see what CPU-NB Voltage is at DDR3-1866, then you can work up frequency and raise voltage to stabilize it.
Thank you
