Of those two the 1600 Ripjaws are the higher freq, which I would lean, most of my builds (both for me and clients are high performance rigs), the last set I used on the same mobo you have was the Snipers, F3-12800CL7T2-24GBSR, which we OCed to 2133, paired with a 990X CPU (Snipers are my favorites of the GSkill lines. There also another CL7/1600 set, the Ripjaws F3-12800CL7T2-24GBRM
