GA-Z77X-UD5H / Ripjaws 12800 Memtest Crash

MB: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H F8 Bios; Stock Timings
CPU: Intel i7-3770K 3.50 GHz
Memory: Ripjaws F3-12800CL9Q-16GBZL, using XMP Profile 9-9-9-24/ 1.5V

Using Memtest 86 ver 4.0a, two of the four memory sticks crash Memtest86
at the completion of the third pass. Monitor shows random characters.
Each stick tested one at a time. Repeatable.

Tried increasing V to 1.54, same results.

Any suggestions other than I've got two bad sticks?

Unusual, especially to get 2 bad sticks out of a four stick set, but that's what it sounds like, I'd look to return/exchange w/ you e/re-tailer or RMA
