Should be good at least up to 2133, not sure if ASRock has done any update to the BIOS to carry 2400 (the mobo is rated, originally anyway, up through 2133), your CPU can carry 2400 sticks. If you have these components, I'd give them a try, if it's the 2x4GB, enabale XMP and see if any luck, if not set DRAM freq to 2133, base timings to 9-11-11-31, DRAM voltage to 1.65 initially (can prob drop to 1.6
