I have my RAM set to XMP in BIOS and both Memtest and Windows Memory Diagnostic say there are errors. I'm getting BSOD with Memory codes. Should I RMA the whole kit or should I test individually and send the defective unit?

Also, for the RMA process. Do I just fill out the form and email it as an attachment? I haven't gotten a response since Thursday so I was thinking I may have done something wrong.

First thing I'd do is make sure you have the latest BIOS, then give it a try. On the sticks if a newer BIOS doesn't work, try running memtest on each stick for about 4-5 passes and see if any test bad...With 4 sticks might also try raising the VCCSA just a bit as well as the CPUVTT in the event their BIOS is ready for the sticks
