M4N98TD EVO and F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL

Its nice to be new member of this forum! I had pretty much information from here.
Ok, ill try now to start my question.
Im building just a pc and im on a tiny budget so no so kind of gamer pc or something. Need some parts to finish build too.. But will this memory be supported ?
Mobo: M4N98TD EVO
CPU: Athlon II x2 240
GPU: GTX 275 (I know.. cpu may bottleneck)
DDR3: F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL
I read here that -8GBXL would run ok if tweaked right, but for 4gb didnt found an answer (i think they would run ok, same thing as 8gb sticks). Just wanted to be 101% sure before I buy them. And sure I need to set the timings manually. But maybe you have some tips with these memory modules and this CPU (like CPU and RAM ratio and so on), any experience ?
And one question more.. if I want to add memory, another 4gb i just need to match the serial number of modules, right ?
