F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL and AMD 990FX boards

Hi,

I want to create a budget server for running virtual machines, and want to max out on RAM. That translates to
- an AMD FX-8150 (8-core, 3.6GHz)
- a board with 4 slots supporting upto 32 GB, like the Asus M5A97
- 32GB RAM (4 * 8GB)

I am from India, and we have limited availability of 8GB sticks (I am going to be shopping from http://flipkart.com) The one I am considering is
G.Skill Ripjaws F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL

My question is: will 4 of these work well in the Asus M5A97? The QVL doesn't have this particular model.

Either set should work, with 32GB GB DRAM I think I'd suggest the 1333 set, due to the weaker MC (memory Controller) on AMD CPUs
