Will my F3-1600C10D-16GAO work with my Mobo?

I got some F3-1600C10D-16GAO last night from newegg, and my motherboard wasn't listed under either the compatible chipset or specific motherboard list.

I'm using an Intel i7-3960x on an ASRock x79 Extreme4 motherboard. Will I be ok? I really hope I don't run into any issues, although I don't think I will. Just came here for confirmation.

Should be no problem, make sure your mobo has the latest BIOS, 1600 is the defauly mobo freq, so make sure the BIOS reads the base timings correctly, but should basically be plug and play...any problems give us a shout
