Availability of F3-18400CL8D-4GBPIS in germany?

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade my RAM in my Motherboard MSI P55-GD80 with the F3-18400CL8D-4GBPIS, because it is included in the MSI-RAM-comatibiity-list (http://www.msi.com/file/test_report/TR10_1844.pdf) as successfully tested.

I just wanted to buy this kit in germany with no succes. Do yu know, when it will be available in germany?
Do I have to use special BIOS-tweaks beyond enabling the XMP-profile, to use the full speed in my motherboard?
