Hi,
I just installed the following memory kit (F3-19200CL10Q2-64GBZHD) on a Rampage Extreme 4 board. Set my 3960x over clock to 4.5 GHz and have the RAM running at XMP Profile-1 at 2400 MHz. I was lucky, as everything came together nicely with zero challenges. My only problem is I now have two chickens running around that I thought I would need to sacrifice to get the system working.
Should I now look to lowering the default XMP voltage setting of 1.65v, or are these DIMMS fine to operate at this setting 24/7? I am using the two fans that shipped with the kit, as I would otherwise have minimal air flow around the DIMMS with my water cooling.
Thank you,
Sean
