problem with RipjawsZ F3-17000CL9Q-16GBZH

I have Asus Rampage 4 formula and this ram [ RipjawsZ ] F3-17000CL9Q-16GBZH (4Gx4)
problem is that the bios sees only 8 gb instead of 16gb
i have the latest bios firmare

Make sure sticks are firmly seated, make sure you have a version of Windows that will support all your DRAM, go into MSCONFIG and check the boot tab that max memory isn't limiting you, can also check this thread for troubleshooting missing memory

I think the problem is at motherboard bios, because in bios occur installed 4 identical modules RAM of 4 GB each in all 4 slots, but in the main menu appear only 8gb of ram total.
I hope asus will fix the problem with new bios.
