what are the best bios setting in order to get the most out of this memory, since it is default at 1333 and causes issues with sent up as xmp profile

Do you have the latest BIOS? Should be fine under XMP. BIOS can be found here:

If you want to run at 1333, I'd try starting at 6-7-6-22 or maybe 6-7-6-24 , either with 2T and 1.5
