how many watts does g.skill ddr3 1600Mhz use?

I'm putting a system together with an old psu and i'm trying to pull in some numbers to see if the ol' guy can handle the new job.

on two sticks of 4gb ram G.Skill 1600Mhz 1.5v how much power in wattage is consumed?

I will try to remember....that figure is on standby or idle correct? and on full load it's roughly 7 watts per DIMM?? just wanna be sure coz that's what tech support said.
