Good mobo, get the latest BIOS isf you haven't already, 1.10, can find here

    http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.as...%20Gen3&o=BIOS

Flash it, install sticks in proper slots per your manual, enable XMP in the BIOS, select profile 1 and should be good to go.

    Any problems holler back

Okay, it's pretty simple, download the file for INSTANT FLASH it'll be the top file on the page, put the files on an empty USB flash drive that's formatted to FAT32, shut down, start system and start tapping the F@ key to get to BIOS, go to the START tab in the BIOS, should be the last selection, ASRock Flash, select it, it should find the USB drive and come back asking you if you want to Execute the Flash, select Next or Yes

The flash drive is good, may want to empty it and format it with FAT32 format to be sure, may be formatted to NTFS
