Sniper F3-12800CL9Q-16GBSR1 and ASRocks P67 Extreme4 Gen3

having an issue getting more than 2 DIMMS to work with this mobo. it wont post with 4 DIMMS. I did see that the memory wasnt on the approved ASRock list. any suggestions?

First check and make sure you have the latest BIOS, when you do, may want to reset BIOS to defaults then install, enable XMP and select the 1600 profile, give it a try and if a problem go back to BIOS, some mobo manufacturers don't have the BIOS setup for low voltage DIMMS so check voltage and adjust if need be
