    HI guys ,I need help on buying a new RAM Kit currently I own a 2x2GB G.Skill (2133Mhz) Kit ,My PC is a Socket Lga 1156 Intel core i7 860+Asus Maximus III formula ,my "n00b" question is ?can I use quad-channel memory on my system?Will it work?Doesnt mean if it works just has a dual channel is because i need more than 4gb of RAM and i love your new kits i was thinking to buy this kit 4x4GB http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=427



    Will it reconise and work as a dual channel modules or will not work at all?Because they still are 240mm dimms?

    Yes, while these are designed for XMP 1.3 and quad, they have an XMP 1.2 profile for backward compatibility

      Thanks for your quick reply M8,so i can use on my Asus Maximus III formula ,and they will work as dual channel?what about the XMP will it work at 1600Mhz or just at stock speed 1333mhz?TY
