Getting random BSOD's with my new DDR3-2400's purchased at newegg last week.
- Changing clocking to DDR3-2133 and machine runs Prime95 perfectly (1hr)
G.Skill Product:
G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400
Model F3-19200CL11Q-16GBZHD Voltage: 1.65V Timing: 11-11-11-31
My Platform:
Motherboard: Asus P9X79
CPU: I7 3930K (Sandy Bridge-E)
Corsair H80 Cooler
Operational Specs:
BLCK: 100MHz
Multiplier: 43 (Turbo'd at 4.3GHz)
DDR: set to DDR3-2133 (should be DDR3-2400)
Vcore = 1.35V
Vttcpu = 1.066V
Vccsa = 1.2V
Before I send these back for RMA I want to make sure I am not making an error in my BIOS setup. The Memory setup is all "auto" and the values match the Ripjaws timing. Does anyone know anything I should do different?
Thanks! -Jeff
