  • Asus M4A88TD-V Evo usb3 - F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

    I have purchased these G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) " F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL" ram sticks.
In the near future I will be purchasing the Asus M4A88TD-V EVO USB3 motherboard specifically because of its features and the capatibility it has with my AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition.

I have ran into an issue though. On the motherboards manufacturers website unfortunately didn't have a updated compatibility list that had this ram stick type on it. I have done alittle bit of research and have found different outcomes upon people using these item together, but they did not have the same CPU that I will be using.

So this is when I decided to come here and ask about it based on other peoples experiences using common hardware as I to see if it really is compatible and will work.
Or, hopefully I get lucky and get a adminstrators response who knows specifically if they will work or not.

Yes, should work with no real problem, will want to ensure you have the latest BIOS installed, then install the sticks and ensure the timings are read correctly and should be good to go...might anticipate the need for a slight CPU/NB voltage increase for 8GB, but chances are good it won't be needed
