  • Question about ripjaw x compatibility

i am looking to upgrade my memory for 3 different mobos. the speed is for all 3 is ddr3 1333 and dual channel so it should be able to use the F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

but when i check the compatibility list it says it is not listed

    these are the motherboards

    Gigabyte GA-770T-USB3

    Gigabyte X58A-UD3R

    EVGA 132-CK-NF79

The sticks should be fine with all three mobos, may want to check the sticks again though you mention RipJawX in the title but the model you list is regular Ripjaws..either will be fine the X or reg Ripjaws at 1333, just make sure it's not something different

The X series is sort of a step up, and was designed towards the newer gen CPUs and chipsets (i.e. the P67, Z68 and I25-2600K CPUs, but are backward compatible with generally all chipsets
