  • Ram speed issue

Recently I bought a GSKILL F3-10666CL9D-8GBXL RIPJAWSX DDR3-1333MHZ CL9 8GB (2X4GB) for my new system. As you can see the ram's default speed is at 1333mhz. But when I look at memory properties on Cpu-z and Speccy it's 665mhz. I set it to 1333mhz on bios but it still looks 665mhz. What might be the problem?
    Mainboard: MSI P67A G45
    Cpu: i5 2500k

No problem at all, CPU-Z shows the native DRAM freq, here it's 665 as the mobo has set it, since this is DDR (Double Data Rate) you are running at 1300 (yes just shy of 1333, which normally indicates the BIOS itself is slightly off and will prob be corrected in a future BIOS upgrade).

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:
