Hi,
I assembled a HTPC but I'm encountering random BSODs that always have something to do with memory, like "memory management".
This is my config:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H67MA-UD2H-B3 (1.1) - QVL
CPU: Intel Core i3 2100
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL
OS: Windows 7 64bit
I ran Memtest86+ for a few hours without any errors. Running Orthos under windows however, gives me an error after a few seconds.
Everything in BIOS is set to "auto". Unfortunately I can't enable XMP, I suspect my cpu doesn't support it. I saw tRAS was automatically set to 28 so I changed it to 24, but all problems remained.
Any advice?
