Fist Sorry for my bad englisch! ;-)

My Config:

Asrock 870 Extreme Rev. 2.0 (Bios-Vers. 1.50)
AMD Phe II X4 965 3400 AM3
G.SKILL F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

What are the korrekt Bios-Settings in this Config?

I got Bluescreens after i install Win7-64-Bit, and the ney installation freeze at 16%.

Memtest4.0 = Errors on Both RAM?s; but i think, the RAM is OK, or?

Since it's AMD manually input your base timings to 9-9-9-24, ensure CR (Command Rate) at 2N, set DRAM voltage to 1.5 (maybe up to 1.55) and CPU/NB about 1.25

It seems to work, but after i install Win XP, and a test-Installation of Win7 (just with one RAM!) a new installation of W7-64bit (2 RAM on Dual) freeze at 16% cant write on HD or Blue Screen?s with different reasons.

The HD is a Samsung 1TB HD103SJ F3 SA2

Also these arde the int. Hardware "on board":

Zotac 1.2 D5 X GTX470 R
Sharkoon Rush Power 600W ATX


What can be wrong?

Do you have the latest BIOS? if so try CPU/NB voltage at 1.3 DRAM at 1.55

first try; at the beginning i just think it works, but at 99% of the installation i get a "Error"...


I load the Bios-Defaults and chose the v you told me; man. Proz.-Settings and DRAM.

Then i got a bluescreen.....


I?ll try tomorrow several time; and then i wrote my results......
