I bought a new computer and it was my first real build in over 4 years. My last system I built was incredibly stable and I've sort of forgotten how to mess around with all these settings.
Apparently I have some sort of thermal throttling or Cool n Quiet enabled because my CPU multiplier and voltage are bouncing around and my RAM frequency is moving around as well.
I bought G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM to use with an i5 2500K in an ASRock P67 Extreme4 Gen3. Here's what I currently have:
What do I need to do to make these run at the timings and speed they are supposed to?
