Try 7-8-7-24 1.65V, it may not be fully capable. Also, don't forget CPU-NB Frequency should be 2400MHz.

    Thank you

any advice on cpu/nb voltage mine is still on auto, which i think is effecting the attempt at this cause i couldnt boot at those settings

CL7 timings is a long shot, you may have to live with 8-8-8-24@ 1.65v.

        Try 1.20-1.25v for CPU/NB voltage.

Tried going with the 8-8-8-24 timings dram volt 1.64 and cpu/nb volt up to 1.25 and i couldnt get past the splash screen with out failing... currently at 8-9-8-22-33 cpu/nb back on auto dram volt 1.64.. any thing else u can think of that i am missing? cpu/nb freq is 2400 240 x 14.5 so running at 3.3 stock freq for cpu.. confused i have seen other posts with ppl getting timings lower

Are they getting CL7 with the same set of sticks or are they running these at 1333 (might possibly get them to CL7 at 1333). Reason I ask is there are other 1600 sets that stock are CL7 or CL8

All right, because they have a number of sets of Ripjaws and they range , stock, from CL7 to CL9, but haven't seen anyone I remember getting the CL9 sets to run at CL7 except maybe at lower speeds, not at 1600.

                  Don't over volt too much...

Try using BCLK 200, and set NB Frequency to 12X.
