Need help on motherboard compatibility

I just bought a new motherboard and I want to find out if the RAM is compatible or not. Your feedback will definitely be of help. I am planning to buy "F3-12800CL7D-8GBXH" if it's compatible.

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Rampage III Black Edition
CPU: Core i7 990x

The set will work, but I'd suggest a triple channel set.
