Rampage Extreme and 16000CL9D-4GBRM

I was looking on Newegg for some of this ram and it shows on their memory configurator that Asus Rampage Extreme will work with 16000CL9D-4GBRM. Does anyone know if this true? Thanks

Yes, but it will require overclocking and a good CPU.

Thank you for your rapid response. I'll be running a qx9770 @ 4.0 ghz that is coming from my dead evga 780i board in which I was using some great gskill DDR2 1200. That was my first purchase of gskill brand, so I' back for more!! When I've finished new assembly I'll tell ya how good it runs. Once again Thank you
