  • F3-12800CL7D-4GBXM RAM problems

Increasing my Bus clock to 103.0 also increases my RAM and CPU frequency, but the extra 48 MHz this 3 points is adding to the freq. is causing my "overclock" to fail, even when increasing voltage to the 2 sticks. It runs decently for 1-2 boots before I get a normal error message saying that the overclock failed and to reconfigure my settings in the BIOS.

    Using: ASUS P67 Deluxe motherboard
    Intel i5-2500k CPU

Using auto settings for the RAM boosts the voltage rating all the way to 1.64 from 1.5. For 48 MHz. Runs on 1.575-1.6 for 1 boot before an error message happens. Not sure what to do.

May want to increase the MC (Memory Controller) voltage a tad (believe it shows as VTT on your mobo)

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

Where is the VTT control in the UEFI? I can't seem to find it at the moment. I see the DRAM Data Ref Voltage and Control Ref voltage for both CHA and CHB. All of them are on auto.

Will have to call up a manual, haven't been on one of these mobos in a couple of months, let me see what I can find

VCCSA and VCCIO slight increases can help stabilize.

          Thank you
