at 4.6 Ghz i can make the mem run at 2133 mhz

but it wont post at 4.7 ghz and up (no problem at 1866)

pls advice me how to post/boot into windows at 4.7+ and 2133

1866 is pretty good, but don't think you'll get the sticks as high as you want (2133), these are 1600 sticks, in order to push them to 2133 you'll prob need a CL of 11 or so and the performance would be less than at native 1600, 1866 is good, but I'd back off on the voltages you've posted...with a 2500K you should be able to run 4.7 at 1.36 or so, and the sticks should run 1600 at 1.5 - 1866 at maybe 1.57 to 1.6, too much voltage here.
