I am having trouble getting this RAM to work with this motherboard. I used the XMS profile but it did not find a vendor supplied one only the Intel Profile. The BIOS says the manufacturer profile would be Profile 2 but it is not showing. I have the latest BIOS 301 so I am not sure how to make it show as more than 800 mhz an the ASUS AI Suite 2.0 System information tab and when I run futuremark and passmark it shows at 800 mhz also. I really want to figure out how to get the 1600 out of this memory since it was really expensive compared to 1066 memory

Sounds as though it's right, many of the test programs show the true frequency , in your case 800, but since this is DDR (Double Data Rate) it's freq x 2 = 1600
