memory cooling

i want to add memory cooling to my memory. but im not sure what memory cooler i should get. I'm looking at the G.SKILL FTB-3500C5-D Fans. I have Two sets of G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 both set are same Model#F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL). will that memory cooler work on my memory and also will it only cover 2 or 4 sticks. heres a link for it.

It'll cover all four and is simple to install, just sort of clips to the edges of your DRAM slots base
