Will the Asus M4N68T-M Series work with gskill memory?

Model of the CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 840 Processor 3.20 GHz

I was wanting to make sure that the memory listed above would work with my Motherboard. I don't know anything about memory, thank you!

Great sticks, should be no problem, once in and running, if you want can probably tighten down timings to CL8 at 1333
