F3-12800CL7D-4GBXM problems

I would like to know whether this memory could support AMD platform?

I bought this memory kit (F3-12800CL7D-4GBXM) few days ago, but i had trouble that my system could not boot up at timing 7-8-7-24-2T 1.5v and caused black screen.
However, i set the timing to 8-8-7-24-2T 1.5v the system is worked and no any error when running memtest86+.

my system config is
Pehnome II X4 965BE
MSI 785GM-E65
Antec TPN 550W

Does the memory have any defects?

I had sent it back to the retailer for test. They could not boot up the system too.
Then they change a new kit of memory and tested again, same result as above.

remarks: The retailer tested with intel platform, but i don't know what config they used. They had tested 3 different mainboard, but also can't boot up the system.

You can try testing each stick w/ Memtest to see if they have any errors, but it may fall into the fact that AMD MCs (memory controllers) have trouble with performance sticks (i.e. like your CL7 on 1600)
