Help !!! How configure ram?

i have this ram [Ripjaws] F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM (2Gx2) / F3-12800CL7Q-8GBRM (2Gx4)
mobo: asus m4a78t-e + phenom ii 955 be
can some one tell me how to configure the best possible in bios (version bios 1604).
