  • wrong speed?

i have 4x sticks of g.skill f3-10600cl9-2gbnt memory in my pc, should be 1333Mhz,
but in cpu-z on the memory tab, it says the dram frequency is 669.7Mhz.

in the spd tab next to max bandwidth it says: pc3-10700 (667Mhz) (for all 4 slots)

the mobo is an asus m4a77td pro with an amd phenom 2 965 black edition cpu..

i have adjusted the dram frequency in bios, but it still reads 669.7Mhz in cpu-z..

i just would like my memory at the settings i paid for.. any help to get the speeds right would be much appreciated...

CPU-Z is showing the frequency of the DRAM, in your case 669.7, since this is Double Data Rate DRAM you take the frequency times two (2) so you are actually at 1339.4 which is basically correct....there will be slifgt differentials based on the mobocpu combo and the BIOS itself...in essence you are good, just a hair above stock
