Ram Timings F3-17000CL9D-4GBXL

Hi,
I have just overclocked my intel 2500K cpu to 4.3 ghz and 4gb ram (F3-17000CL9D-4GBXL) speed to 2193 with auto voltage on ASUS P8P67 PRO. it seems to be working fine. ram timings are set to default 9-11-9-28-2N. i have run 3dmark 06, vantage & 11, and got massive score with HD 6850 crossfire. i just need ur help for good tight RAM CL timings, as i have no experience do that. i dont want to go extreme, just OK RMA timings will help me.

At the speed you're at, or even dropping to 2133 (stock speed) I sort of doubt that you get any real performance boost by tightening down unless you get progressive and drop the the speed a bit at a time till you can hit CL8, but at the speed your at, think you'll have to drop the spped to far to get the boost out of a lower CL that you can with lesser sticks, say from 1600 or lower.
